What are the best spots for breakfast? arrow-down

There are several breakfast places and grab-n-go food in the neighborhood, or you can go to a nearby supermarket and have breakfast in your flat.

Where can I park my car? arrow-down

“Interparking de Keyser” is a secure indoor parking at Van Ertbornstraat 13, 2018 Antwerpen and it is only a 3 minute walk.
The price is €14 a day with a Pcard (go to to order one), otherwise, you would pay €20 per day.

We are travelling by bike, can we bring them to our rooms? arrow-down

But you can safely park your bicycle in our courtyard.

What about groceries? arrow-down

You can find multiple grocery stores in our neighborhood, even in our street you can find two.


What is the difference between a superior apartment and a deluxe apartment? arrow-down

A superior apartment has more space and has a king-size plus bed.

What about smoking? arrow-down

Although we believe it’s a nasty habit, we allow you to smoke outside the building 😉
Smoke detectors are all over the building, so if you should try otherwise, everyone in the immediate surroundings of Antwerp central station will be notified.

Do the bathrooms have baths or shower? arrow-down

All bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Check-in and check-out

You can check in starting from 2 PM.

We ask you to leave the room before 11 AM on the day of departure.

How do I pay for my reservation? arrow-down

Payment is part of the check-in procedure at our self-check-in kiosk and should be done by card.

In a few weeks, we will also introduce the off-line check-in and payment possibility. This will allow you to check in and pay upfront through our app, so when you arrive at the property you can go directly to your room with the digital keys that will be available in your app.

What about the reception? arrow-down

There is no reception at the property.

In case you have requests or issues, you can contact our manager who is available almost 24/7. Give him a call or send him a message via our app.

Can I get an invoice? arrow-down

During the check-out procedure at our kiosk, you can request an invoice that will automatically be sent to your mailbox.

There is a lift to access all 7 floors.

A hi-speed WI-FI connection is available throughout the property.

Do I need to bring a hairdryer? arrow-down

No, you don’t. The flat is fully equipped, just bring some clothes and a bag of good mood.

What about small animals? arrow-down

Pets are not allowed in the flats.
